He was a true artist at heart and a one of a kind human being that could never be duplicated and I hope my painting captures him and resonates with his true fans. Not only was he accomplished in his music, but he was an activist and entrepreneur opening up businesses in his community specifically his clothing store \"The Marathon\" where he provided jobs and showed people how to have a hustler's spirit to uplift themselves and those around regardless of any challenges. He unfortunately passed at age 33 in a shooting outside of his clothing store in 2019. His word-play and outside the box rhyme schemes and punch lines were unmatched and went against mainstream norms since his drive wasn't to hit the top charts or make the number one club banger, for him it was about the art of the rhyme over raw beats which is also why he was only ever seen wearing the doctor doom mask. Hip-Hop had started to become about fashion, jewelry, nice cars and mansions and him wearing the mask would force his fans to not focus on the glitz \u0026amp; glam and only follow the story being told by the MC. He has an immense catalog of music and endless collaborations and projects he recorded over the years and will forever be known as a pioneer in Hip-Hop and one of the greatest to ever have done it.
