Goma Gorilla

Goma lives at the Cheyenne mountain zoo in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He's a male silverback gorilla. While I visited this amazing zoo in the summer of 2019 I took some photos of Goma to use as reference material and inspiration for a future painting. As I was watching Goma he slowly turned his head and looked over his shoulder directly at me as if to say, "what are you looking at." Goma was the perfect model that day and made the whole trip worth it.

The paper for this size is 36# ultrabond. The printer is a Canon iPF8400 and can print up to 44 inches wide.
